Emersion’s sign up portals make it easy for your end-users (e.g. customers) to sign up for your services through the internet.
This has several benefits:
- Your customers can sign up for new services online.
- Service qualification is completed by the customer.
- Customers enter their account and payment details into Emersion themselves, reducing errors.
- Customers perform most of the steps involved in the sales process themselves, there is almost no work required from your team.
Sign up portals can work with Emersion’s other customer portal types. For instance, when a customer registers for a new service through the sign up portal, they can also create their log in details to the end-user portal.
