Emersion Systems Pty Ltd is committed to complying with the privacy laws which apply to its business and respecting the privacy and security of any personal information it receives or collects.

If, at any time, you provide personal or other information about someone other than yourself, you warrant that you have that person’s consent to provide such information for the purpose specified.
Our website and services are unavailable to children (persons under the age of 18 years). If you are under 18 years of age, you can only use our website and services if you are under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In the course of business it is necessary for us to collect personal information. We always let you know when we are collecting information. HOW TO ACCESS AND/OR UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION
You have the right to request from us the personal information that we have about you, and we have an obligation to provide you with such information within 28 days of receiving your written request.
If you have an online account or membership with us, you will most likely be able to update all your necessary details from within your private account.
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and truthful personal information. We cannot be liable for any information that you provide us that is incorrect.
We may charge you a reasonable fee for our costs incurred in meeting any of your requests to disclose the personal information we hold about you.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

If we have a dispute regarding your personal information, we both must first attempt to resolve the issue directly between us.
