Meet Emersion’s newest team members

We’re on a hiring spree! In addition to the four new team members who joined us back in October, we have now hired another four key team members in roles covering customer service, project management and technical writing.

Here are our latest hires:

Arvindh Sridhar – Customer Service Officer

Arvindh has joined the Emersion Operations Centre as a Customer Service Officer and will be the first port of call for support and customer service enquiries across the Emersion business. He holds a Master of Information Systems degree and has extensive experience across help desk, business analyst and IT service desk roles.

Terry Emberslidis – Project Manager – Service Delivery Consultant

Another new recruit to the Emersion Operations Centre, Terry has joined the team as a Project Manager/ Service Delivery Consultant. Terry has extensive experience across a number of IT and project management roles and has a degree in Information Systems. He will be working closely with new customers of Emersion to ensure that their onboarding projects are completed smoothly and successfully.

Lisa Hardie – Project Manager – Service Delivery Consultant

Lisa has extensive experience within a major Telecommunications companies where she managed a range of customer and business system support functions including customer onboarding, Salesforce and industry responsibilities relating to Industry IPND Management. She has joined Emersion as a Project Manager – Service Delivery Consultant and will be working closely with Terry and the rest of the Emersion Operations Centre managing client onboarding projects.

Amy Lietens – Technical Writer

Amy joins our Education and Training team as a technical writer. She is highly qualified, with a degree in Arts, Marketing and Publishing and Communications and is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Emersion while also working closely with the rest on the Education and Training team to revolutionise our online training program and manage the Emersion Engage Portal.
