It has been a massive month for the team at Emersion. Not only did we announce that we will be entering the US market in January 2021, but we have also had a huge intake of new team members in roles ranging from Customer Service to Design, Sales and Finance. 

Here are our latest hires: 

Veronika Perak – Customer Experience Manager

Veronika Perak recently joined Emersion as the Customer Experience Manager. She heads up the Emersion Operations Centre which covers onboarding, customer service and project management.

An extremely positive and highly motivated project and people manager, Veronika has a demonstrated ability to deliver on customer engagement initiatives, having worked on major projects at both Telstra and Vocus. 

Angus Miller – National Sales Manager

Angus Miller technically joined Emersion a month and a half ago. In that short span of time, he has been busy refining our sales processes and sales training program.

He has worked at Telco heavyweights including Telstra, The M2 Group (now Vocus), NTT Communications and most recently Telcoinabox/ Symbio/ MyNetFone. Angus knows the Telecommunications industry like the back of his hand, has a solid understanding of current and emerging technology trends and prior experience building partnerships with wholesale telecommunications providers.

Stevana Lee – Digital Designer

Stevana Lee is our new Digital Designer. She has a degree in animation and expertise across motion graphics, video creation, graphic design and much more. 

She has an incredible eye for detail and will be injecting her creativity into a range of projects including animated explainer videos, Emesion’s online training program our blog and much more. 

Jenny Pham – Accountant and Contracts Officer

Jenny is Emersion’s new Accountant and Contracts Officer. She is a qualified accountant with over ten years experience in various industries including Education, Health and Technology. 

Bright, confident and outgoing, Jenny originally joined us on a part-time basis. Emersion’s CEO Paul Dundas was so impressed with how quickly she took charge of the contracts and financial responsibilities that the position is now a full time one.
