We are thrilled to announce that Emersion is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Novatti Group Limited (ASX:NOV) a leading digital banking and payment company. The deal was completed on the 9th of April 2020.

This is an extremely positive move for Emersion, our clients, investors and staff and we are already starting to explore some exciting synergies between the two companies, for instance, we are preparing to integrate selected Novatti payment methods into Emersion.
