I’m thrilled to announce that Emersion has just executed an agreement to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Novatti Group Limited (ASX:NOV) a leading digital banking and payment company. We expect the deal to complete in the next few weeks.
 
I want to assure all of our existing customers that acquisition is very positive for our customers, staff, investors and the Novatti Group.
 
Emersion enhances Novatti Group’s already strong payment business and we will integrate the Novatti Payment methods to the Emersion platform over the next few months.

This deal means that we have a stronger financial backing and a supportive parent to enhance our product offering and further expand internationally.
 
There is a great cultural fit between Emersion and the Novatti teams and I am pleased to announce that 100% of our team are moving with the business.
 
We look forward to the long-term benefits of being part of a larger group and the domestic and international opportunities ahead of us.
