We take the training of new customers very seriously. Emersion has been built from the ground up with the user experience in mind. The result is a very intuitive interface that is quick to navigate and become familiar with.

Emersion is, however, expansive in the functionality that it provides. Because of this, we advise most of our clients to undertake some form of interactive training as part of their on boarding process. 

We know that good training will result in our new clients getting the utmost advantage for their company out of Emersion. Our friendly, local team generally carry out our well-structured training online (face to face can be organised) with clients so that it can be done in the comfort of their own office. Each client is provided with an individual training officer that will oversee their training and is the single point of contact for any questions they may have.

The online training is backed up by ‘how to’ videos that are stored in the Emersion knowledge base. This is a substantial repository of information that has been built up over the past decade. It spans hundreds of pages and, as well as the videos, includes specific documents on a vast array of topics.

It is a highly useful tool for all of our clients as it provides a very simple, well laid out and easily searchable tool for answering most of their questions.
